His collaborations include Ferry Corsten, Estiva, Ben Gold, Elevven, Space Motion & Stylo while remixes for Robbie Williams & Sophie Ellis-Baxtor, Cosmic Gate, Gareth Emery and Above & Beyond have won global acclaim. He notably joined forces with Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, and Rank 1 on “Destination”, the A State of Trance 2023 Anthem, crowned A State of Trance Tune of the Year. His vocal-led single “Run Wild” feat. Michael Jo earned a daytime playlist addition on renowned Dutch Radio station SLAM! FM while “Wanderlust” feat. EKE was hailed as a hot record and premiered by Nicky Romero on Protocol Radio. Under his high-energy alias NRG2000, Ruben has been making waves with Ferry Corsten on the rave-ready “Rise Up” and “New Inner Way” and with Mauro Picotto on “Check This Out”, all of them drawing huge DJ support from across the scene. Reflecting the widespread support and the strong connection his music builds with listeners, Ruben placed a minimum of three tracks in the 1001Tracklists Most Played Top 50 of 2025. On stage, Ruben lights up the world’s biggest platforms, from Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival, Creamfields, Beyond Wonderland and EDC Las Vegas & Orlando to A State of Trance Festival, Mysteryland, Dreamstate, and Ibiza hotspots including Hï, Amnesia, and Ushuaïa. He has also delivered standout performances with his recent Open to Close marathon sets at Epic in Prague and Circus Montreal.
